Actually, it pretty much disappeared before Christmas because every time I went to buy this creamer it was sold out. Much to my dismay, it disappeared after Christmas. And IT was amazing.īut, apparently the creamer companies (at least here in Canada) seem to think we can only drink peppermint mocha creamer at Christmas. You see, before Christmas I got hooked on the “Limited Edition ELF” creamer that they were selling. I could make it flavoured with peppermint mocha. I just got a Cinnamon Bark Essential oil so when I’m all out of this I’m leaning towards a Cinnamon Vanilla maybe with a dash of Nutmeg Essential Oil for a little added spice. There are so many options when it comes to making your own coffee creamer. It’s just a few ingredients whisked together. If you’re breastfeeding you may want to avoid Peppermint all together. I used my Peppermint Essential Oil but if you don’t have any food grade Essential Oils on hand you can use Peppermint Extract. Peppermint Mocha is my absolute favorite coffee creamer. So naturally the first thing I decided to make was a homemade peppermint mocha coffee creamer. Make her own of course! I’m a HUGE mint fan.
